I want to do interior design for my villa, what is the procedure?

In case you want to refurbish your existing villa or apartment of you are building new one, or you just bought a new apartment, the procedure is more or less the same. Our head of design with her design and technical team will meet you to discuss your preferences in regards to scope of work, space functionality requirements, life style, design style preferences, colors, type of materials, lighting and furniture type, style and of course your desired budget for bringing the design into reality. After initial meeting, we will start the design work: First is to prepare mood boards with selection of images, materials, colors and design details which should reflect your future space. Once we agree on the mood boards and you confirm this matches your taste. Next step are interior design drawings: furniture layout, partitions layout, ceiling layout. This basic layouts will enable the fit out work to start in case you want works to move ahead as fast as possible. Meanwhile the next stage of design will commence, which is 3D renderings. In this stage the design of your new space will start materializing. In this stage we will select all the finishes, decoration, furniture, lighting and all other elements of interior design of your new space. Once finished, it will show your new space to very last detail with full specifications of materials, furniture, lighting and other already provided.
Final stage is producing ID drawings good for construction, which will be used for fit out of your new space and ordering of the furniture.

How can I control the cost of the fit out and furnishing?

Due to our unique design process, we are able to provide you with full control over the budget for your project. By proposing different materials, solutions and furniture options from range of our suppliers, we are able to give you information about costs in real time as the design is made. In this way, we are providing you with all required information so you could make final decision on your expenditures.

Do you provide full turn key service and what exactly does it include?

Yes, our specialty are “turn key” solutions which basically means we will take care of the entire process from inception to completion of your new apartment, villa or any other space. We will make the full interior design, we will execute all the works and bring design to life, we will also manufacture and install new high quality aluminum windows to your villa if required, we will manufacture all joinery (doors, wardrobes, kitchens, wall cladding, shelves, etc) in our workshop, we will supply and install all lighting (architectural and decorative), supply and install all furniture items as per design including decorative items, art pieces and similar as well as curtains, rugs, paintings.

Do you provide high level of finishes?

Our standards are of highest level. Being owned by European family, our standards are based on European standards of service, production and construction. We train our staff as per highest standards and always use latest technology, tools, materials and other to provide only the best for our clients.

Do you provide your services only in Dubai?

We work in all of UAE. Our team has already delivered projects in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah.

How long does it take to make the interior design for a villa?

Depending on the size of the villa, but on average for 5 bedroom villa the time required is typically around 8 weeks. Of course with proper planning and based on our experience, we are often able to start fit out woks even during the design process.

What is my benefit of having interior design and build company like Soltis Interiors comparing to individual interior designer and separate fit out company?
